AutoZone, Inc. Inventory & Facility Coordinator in Memphis, Tennessee
As an Inventory Management Specialist at AutoZone, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the supply flow of materials, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Join our dynamic team and contribute to our success!
Responsibilities:
Order, receive, reconcile, and distribute materials to support inventory management.
Enter work orders and dispatch tasks promptly.
Assist with resource and personnel scheduling.
Monitor expenses and provide budget reports.
Generate PeopleSoft reports for the Facilities Group.
Cross-train as a backup for the Facility Services Coordinator.
Perform other assigned projects.
Track the assignment of SSC cubicle numbers.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
