RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fields all incoming telephone calls and e-mails from customers.
Communicate with customers via telephone and e-mail regarding products, order details and order status.
Works with Customer Service Agent to notify customers about issues with orders.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have call center experience and/or distribution center experience
Shifts Available
Wednesday through Saturday, 12:00PM - 10:30PM CST
Sunday through Wednesday 12:00PM - 10:30PM CST
